MACNA-- What all goes on there?

Do all the vendors listed have a booth up for selling?

How does the raffle work?

Do hobbiests from the area bring goods and livestock for sale?

Sorry, but I never been to one and was just trying to get an idea.

MACNA

About 1/2 the vendors sell stuff, some give away stuff, some vendors are just showing there products. Most people don't bring stuff to trade or sell. You would have to buy a table to do that. They bring money to buy stuff, that includes alcohol at the bar. There are usually a lot of live stock vendors, they will hold your live stuff till Sunday afternoon if needed.
As far as the raffle, you buy tickets and put them in box for a item,
there are usually lots of items, it may be a bottle of buffer or a Euroreef protein skimmer (last yeart they donated at least 75 skimmers for the raffle) or a high tech light fixture or a box of salt or a book........... Lots of different items. The tickets are drawn on Sunday afternoon and you have to be there to win.........You should have a great time.

The PPG Aquarium is inside the Pittsburgh Zoo and always a nice place to visit. I buy a family membership every year and end up taking the kids a number of times. The only problem is there is no good way to get there from Monroeville. You end up taking mostly secondary roads which makes the trip about 20-25 minutes.

Three of the LFS's have booths at the show and I know of at least one other that bought passes to attend.

Hey Steve,

Who is the 3rd LFS that has a booth, I only saw Under the Sea and Elmers listed in the PDF layout.
