Are bristle worms good or bad?

I just looked in my tank and found a pretty large bristle worm eating at the bottom. Should I remove it ASAP? It is a pinkish color.

Thanks. It is probably around 5 to 6 inches. It was 1 to 2 inches a month ago. Ill keep it in there until it gets to big.
