110 fish only setup suggestion

I looking to get a few suggestion on stocking my 110.
I know for sure I want :
A Panda puffer or a Gold puffer
A Russell's lionfish
A Bluelined grouper
not really sure what else yet

The 110 will be their growing tank and when they put on some size I will be moving them to my 220. Each of the fish I selected show be kewl in my 220 since its 25" wide so they shouldn't have any troubles turning around

lion adult size 12"
dogface panda 12"
bluelined 13.4"
not sure yet about the gold dogface adult size yet?
I would like to put atleast one more fish but nt sure yet what.

Any suggestions?

Correction I have a 120 long 60x18x26 , but before the debate starts that my 120 is to small, In my 1st post I stated (The 120 will be their growing tank and when they put on some size I will be moving them to my 220 high 72x24x30) that I already own.

Why not just start them off in the 220?

Because I have to do some work on my 220 and my 120 all I would have to do is move it from the garage back into the house and clean it than fill it up. Plus a baby puffer, grouper and lion don't need a 220 to start out and I can take my time on the 220.

The blueline grouper is said to emit a toxin if it is caught or otherwise stressed. No personal experience however.
