Maristar MH Opinions Wanted!

I'm currently trying to decide what the appropriate lighting fixture for a 95g Wave would be. So far I think I've narrowed it down to the 48" Outer Orbit Pro and the Maristar 48". What do people think about the Maristar? I hear that is a nice quality unit for a nice price, even though it is a couple hundred more than the OOP. For reference, this is the one I'm considering:
