1st time.. HELPP ricordia fragging

Ok.. I have always heard of people fragging corals but mine are just now getting to where i need to frag. Help me..

I have watched videos and searched forums... and I think I understand the task of how to attach them to the rock. BUTTTTTT...... my question is... how do you get it off the rock that it is on now without killing it or the others around it?

lol I know that sounds funny.. but I don't want to kill it before it gets a chance of a new life.

They are rally hard to kill. What I did is cut very close to the rock with a razor through the base of a ric and it oozes for a lil bit but heals up in about a week and reattaches. DONT GLUE if you are using this methid, use the bridal veil thingy to attach till it heals.

I am sure people used other methods but this way the left over tissue on the original rock turns into another ric!!

i totally agree with eugenek, also if you do not want another ric in its place cut the rock right under the ric , kinda like a slice, itll come right off

Come on you deal with carnage everyday as a 911 dispatcher!!! This will be painless. Just cut away and include the mouth.
