Mini meet

I'm considering doing something after the holidays to have acan/micro paly lovers get together and do a bit of a swap. Is there much interest?

I don't have many LPS, but I'd show up to trade frags!

Jeff You know I don't like that.

Gang I was really looking to trade....I much prefer not to sell my corals. I'm good friends with all the LFS and they have all been very good to me, this cuts into their buisness which I don't want to do.
Since some of these are hard to find I may drop some of them off at the LFS's so that they are available to those who want them.

Scott what I was thinking of doing is having the meeting in the morning before the stores open, people could look at all the ones I have then head off to the LFS when they open.
As I said mostly I would like to "trade".
For those of you who don't know, Scott is one of the many "standup" guys in URS...From this thread you would never guess that I OWE HIM some lords already..but I do
At any rate it would be worth getting this together, just to try and "entice" Marksreef to start up his tank again

Mark I am not worried about that at all. But I do agree with you Marksreef does need to get his tank set-up. I had the pleasure of seeing his old tank a couple times. He always has a gorgous tank...Scott

I don't have any lords/micros to trade.

I respect your choice to not sell your corals. Since you're hosting, do you prefer that others not sell corals as well?

(I just want to make sure I'm not breeching any "reef etiquette".)

Thanks, Mark.

Edit: Also, are you limiting it to those types of corals, or would you be willing to open it up to others? I'm smelling a lot of interest already in this thread!

Don't worry I'm not the frag police I just did not want that to be the primary reason for people getting together.
Saw you listed gardening as one of your interest...another one of my passions!!!!

Hey Mark,

I'd love to come and play. It's been a while since I've seen your collection.

I can bring some pieces to trade.

Randy that would be great. You always have great stuff!!! You are one of the Great local vendors we would like to support
You have the largest and nicest collection of Lords (especially Aussies) I have seen anywhere. I certainly would love to trade with you.
As a vendor you would be more then welcome to sell your stuff at the meeting if you would like. As I said I have no trouble supporting the LFS's Then I think everyone will be happy!!!
