All invertebrates wanted
I'm looking for any type of cheap crab or snail (crabs preferable, hermits, emeralds etc..) I've got a very hungry and very picky bimac octopus who's appetite is rapidly growing. So next time you find a gorilla crab don't kill it, contact me and let " The Kraken" do it for you!

I have two right now, in a coral. Not sure if I can get them out without killing, but I will try for you.

Have you looked in to live crawdads or other such crustaceans you can find at a fish/tackle shop?

what kind of lid for the tank do you use? Off topic I know, I'm curious about possibly talking jess into a octo tank in the future.

Travis- Most all crawdads I've encountered are too big for him currently.
He ate frozen at first but after I gave him his first live meal it was game over, he will settle for no less then a hermit crab now. I've got him in a critter keeper submerged in the 40Breeder right now, he's too small to be trusted to roam a 40G tank by himself, when he is bigger I'll let him out, I've got an egg-crate top with window screening glued to it and nylon bolts holding it down. I'll try to get some pictures. |

I think it was luvabunny who used to have an octopus. That thing was pretty good sized and could easily get out of the tank if I'm remembering correctly.

The octo is probably a little bit bigger than a half dollar right now. I tried a 2.5" crawdad and it was too scared to take it down. Biggest thing it's eaten was a 1" fiddler crab and that took it awhile.
