Question about PVC Glue

My question is how long do I have to wait before I can run the return line again, after the glue dries.

At least 30 minutes to allow it to dry and not blow out. If you have live stock involved, then wait 24 hours.

You do not have to wait 24 hours. Once it is fully dried you are good to go. I have never had a problem with any of my fish or sps corals.
