Nice pictures guys. What is the best water conditions for growing LPS corals? It appears that some folks spot feed there frogspawn and some don't feed them at all.

What works the best and what is the best thing to spot feed them with. Is plate coral an LPS coral as well? And what should plate coral be feed.

Are the best water conditions for plate corals and frogspawn the same or do they differ?

I apologize for all the questions but I am just starting to add corals to my tank and am trying to get all the information I can.

Regards,

Pat

This is one of mine. I have 3 spawns and 2 torches and 1 hammer.

Heres her Anenome Crab. She has been in the same place on that frogspawn for about a year now. Which is fine with me because its right in front for great viewing.

Have a few more I will snap a few pics later.

Jay

Is there anything in particular that makes them more puffy? (More light, less light, more flow, less flow?) Mine don't get that way at all. Some of these look like they're ready to burst.

thanks.

yeah, that's the size they were when I got them, about 6 weeks ago.

Not sure why they're just ho-hum. I've also never seen them put out feeder tentacles.

If anyone has any thougth or tips I would appreciate it.
