Exclamation what silicones are safe to use in a sump??

hey guys we just bought silicone 1 GE is this alright to use in our sump

If it doesn't say "aquarium safe", I wouldn't use it. To be safe, go to Petco or Petsmart and buy from them.

The people at home depot said that this kind used ot say aquarium safe on it....

Get the All-Glass brand I know it is going to be safe. Saving 10 bucks isn't worth riskingg it leaching chemicals into your tank.

Check what it says for content 100% silicone is 100% silicone does not have to be Aquarium special silicone. I? can't remember which number on the package, there are at least 4 different tubes and only one of them is listed at 100%
