Torch Dying ???

I have my Torch for 7 days now and she was doing great until Yesterday suddenly one of the heads is dead and the other is dying
what would be the problem ,and what can I do
My waterparemeters are
Tank 29 G
Amm 0
nitrite 0
Nitrate 0
PH 8.2
Phosp 0
Calcium 400
dkh 10
temp 78-80
Salinity 1.025
Lights are 130w Orbit compact fluorescent lunar lights
