That sounds alot like the deal that Marine Depot was running a couple of weeks ago (but MD had free shipping ).

Here are the MARs threads about the sale :

Am I seeing things!?

What to do with our new AquaPods?

I bought one from Marine Depot a few weeks back and set it up in my office. So far I really like, even though I have to block out the lower overflow inlets to make surface skimmer working properly. Not a big deal, and great price!

Tom, MD didn't have free shipping. $10 for shipping +$30 for special packaging. ..
