Question Does Anyone Know What This Is???

A tang that I have had for about 4 months is sick again. It had some ich before but has been much better for a while. Ii just looked at it today and it has this patchy soar on its side.

Please help me identify it!!! And a treatment is you have any suggestions... It is in a reef and very had to get out. So treatment options might be limited...

Doesn't look like a parasite to me, which is a good thing. It looks more like a territorial scab from his neighbors.

My Regal tang shows up with a similar looking spot sometimes. He gets it from wedging between the rocks while sleeping at night.
