Show off your in-wall tanks

I would love to see your in wall setups. More interested in seeing the borders around the tank. Will be starting a 210 in wall soon. I seen one before with a dark wood and it went all the way to the ceiling and it had crown molding. Loved it and cant seem to find it but have seen alot of great tanks. So show them off and give me some ideas.

Thanks

Here's where my 270 will go, hopefully this week I can get the tank lifted into place.
There will also be a hinged panel at the top for access.

Not really sure how long the tank has been set up. You can find what I posted in the DIY section on about the 5th page. Name is Kingsland. Its a 220 in-wall. Gorgeous set-up. Would love to see the build thread myself.

I was thinking of upgrading to an in-wall in the basement

Would it be easier to build the wall first then place the aquaium or build the wall once the aquaium is in place?

If I did it in the basement I could do it either way and I am leaning towards getting the aquqrium set up first

Thanks

These tanks are gorgeous. I really love the love the look of the double sided tank. Yellow on one side and stained on the other. Creative!!!

Demonic,

Thanks for the compliment and I don't mind you posting the picture. I've been working on the 220 since August 07 so it is still fairly new. Beautiful tanks everyone! Here is the link to the build thread:

Kind of embarrassed to throw mine in with these picks of the litter. I'm barely getting started.

Dsandfort,

The rockwork is a nice touch to a good looking tank! It fits right in.

Ricks and SunnyX, those are gorgeous corals!

This is really more than I expected, not only did I get some tank ideas but I got some house addition ideas from Tom Obrecht. I think our bottom is gonna sort of mimic DSandfort's tank and incorporate some of Kingsland's border ideas. Thanks again for the beautiful tanks and in-wall ideas. Hopefully they will keep coming but I dont think anything is going to beat these tanks......I also want to thank you guys for making this easier to convince my wife....LOL
