Considering what it is used for I can't imagine that it would come in clear.

I have seen it in silver. I know it is used as a light grid. Just thought some clear frag racks would look nice in my new coral display tank for the swap. Now to find a totally clear heater and powerhead ~(:-))-

I've seen it in opaque colors but as it is used for eliminating glare,
rendering more precise light distribution ,
providing better contrast and image definition ,
enhancing color rendition of merchandised products ,
shielding lamps from direct view ,and
reducing luminaire surface brightness for maximum visual comfort .
It seems like clear would run counter to those goals.
It'll be pink in no time so it doesn't matter much what color it starts out.

Wow Dave, you are a wealth of knowledge!! Mine will not be turning pink as I will only be using it for frag swaps and it will be in storage the rest of the time.

Vicki, I have a little bit of extra clear acrylic that I could use to build a couple of shelves for you. If you think that would work for you, just let me know what size you want them.
