As a diehard Cardinals fan, I wish the Astros well. They are a very classy team, and I really respect Biggio and Bagwell. I hope they get their World Series ring.

I wish the thread starter would have had some of their class instead of the "in your face" to the Cardinals

I have the utmost respect for the cards, but I am afraid the Stros are going to lose this world series.

The sox are going to be a force to be reckoned with for years to come if they can hang on to those young pitchers. Reminds me of the start of the Braves dynasty with Smoltz, Glavine, Maddox, etc. I don't hold out much hope for the stros. As an old coach said, offense sells tickets, defense wins championships.

Well the Astros are down 2 games to none but both games have been unbeleivable, both down to the wire. This is the first series I have really watched cause the past ones have been boring and blowouts.

But I love the Cards so I have to have something against the Astros. I was so sad when I heard they were out. They just can't seem to get over the hill last year they got blowen out in the World Series and now this, ohh well maybe next year.
