Post your frag tank systems

I'm thinking of setting up a 24" by 24" by 13"-ish frag tank with a single 250de ROIII over it with some sort of skimmer, probably diy, and a few seio's. Looking for mostly SPS to grow out for my future big tank upgrade.

Post your sytstems/setups, sumps, and if you're connected to your main system.

Thanks

a couple of pics of my 24 x 48 x 11 garage prop tank with attached 20 gal mantis tank through common sump. ETS 500 downdraft skimmer on LG 4, main return also a LG 4. Lighting on prop is 4 NO bulbs on coralife (icecap) e-ballast. Mostly softires and leathers, some zoos, some monti cap frags. I can add MH later if I raise the hood some.

That's correct. I got two of them from AES and now I cannot find them anymore... They come in so handy!

If those are the ones from AES, I think they still carry them.

Yours does look slightly different than the one they have online, but maybe that is for the larger one or even just a generic picture.

I saw those, you're correct different style.

Also the ones I got were 70.00 each...Those look much deeper though, it says 30" Mine is about 20" I think.

Very nice though, at least I know I can replace mine if needed!

Thank you!

Ya, I think that set-up will fit neatly and inconspiciously in my livingroom.

That is about 150 gallons. 6'x3'x1' (I think it's 12" deep...)

works out well for me so far. Will post an updated pic now that it is full of frags and such.

Here is an updated pic from a few weeks ago. Ditched the temp PVC light rack over the tank. It is now holding a 3ft 3bulb AGA NO fixture over the sump area.

Also added a 2.5x4 sheet of egg-crate on 1" PVC T's

Still lowering the lights little by little. Eventually they will be about 6-9" off the water surface.

Added the 100 stock tank for RO storage.

I started setting up mine yesterday. It is a 20 gallon used for growing softies and LPS most acans and miromussa. The lower half will have the LR and the upper half is going to have two levels of egg crating. No sump..yet.
I made the racks today so they will be ready to go in in 2 days
