Help! My Coral Beauty is getting a swollen, white/foggy left eye!

After moving my coral beauty into my bigger display I have noticed that his left eye is swelling or getting larger, and in some parts has some white spotting., This obviously cant be good. What is this spotting? How do I get rid of it? Is it Ich? Should I QT? Help!
