I bought a Aqua UV and mag 3 from him, the uv didnt work, so he sent out another bulb on aug 23.07, I still dont have the bulb. I sent the unit back and Karl got it Friday, I have the tracking # for proof, he was to refund me as soon as he got the unit back.

Karl has been a TOP NOTCH guy so far as far as replying to emails, sending that extra bulb (which hasnt arrived yet) to try and make things 100%

I'm just unsure that why he got the UV back on friday and today is sunday and I do not have my refund.

Please refund me asap, I've told you time and again, when and if that replacement bulb arrives, I will without a doubt send it back to you, we both have the tracking for it, so keep tracking it, I'm a man of my word, you'll get it back when it shows up to me..

Karl refunded me my $280 and its all done and well now, As I did say in my 1'st post, Karl was and is a TOP NOTCH guy, there was a mild misunderstanding and its all taken care of now.
