atrain - positive experience
I purchased an Aqua UV Sterilizer from atrain back in February and although he packaged it nicely, UPS managed to poke a hole through the box and break the quartz sleeve. We exchanged a few emails, I sent him pictures of the sleeve and box and he filed a claim with UPS to get me a check for the replacement cost of the quartz sleeve. He was very responsive to my emails and kept me posted as to how it was going with UPS. I got my check on Monday and appreciate all the legwork he did to make this right even though it was not his fault. I would do business with him again.
