Ground for WH7?

Where should I connect the ground from my plug to a workhorse 7 ballast? There is a wire from the plug, but not from the workhorse.

Just ground it to the ballast with a screw.

The ground wire should be connected to the ballast case, and to your reflectors.

To the reflectors? Is this really necessary? I thought it was just to the ballast. Thanks for the screw idea.
