James, no problem. I think it's kinda funny actually. The box did look like it had been wet, so it's possibly it leaked and they opened it to check it?!?

FYI - to all:

I'm in Cancun for a week - no answering e-mails or RC for that time period. Any questions problems or issues need to be held off until I return.

Got mine last night. Looks good so far, saw some worm trails within a couple hours after adding, and will look more extensively tonight.

Mine got here today. That southdown is like a chalky mess. didn't see any life but that does not mean it is not there.
Sand had all kinds of pebbles and stuff in it.
Got it in the tank with the pump off letting it settle.

Just got my tank up and running last weekend so this is perfect timing.
