should i use supplements?

and am looking to add
Kenya
Devils Hand
Riccedora (prob. butchered that name)
Frogspawn
Hammer

for what i have right now should i be using any supplements, and if i add what i am looking to should i use any supplements?

Don't be seduced by the powers of the additives. Just because the ad claims it will fix anything and everything that ails your tank is no reason to trust the storm troopers that tout these products. Even valuable additives like iodine or strontium should only be added if test results indicate they are low.

You should be dosing calcium and alkalinity as need accoring to test results. Also, feeding phytoplankton (like DT's) and coral food might help.
