Question water flow in 125 gal 36x36x24 ??

Hello all... I've been lurking here on reefcentral for almost 2 years... currently have a 72 gallon bowfront FO tank. We're gonna be moving soon and will be upgrading to a 125 gallon 36x36x24 tank. The Wife (and me) would like to be able to keep corals, our current fish, and in 6 months or so, clam(s). So far I have 550 watts of light for the new tank (400MH, 150 VHO actinic) where the 400MH will be centered on the tank. The overflow is along the back side. I'll have approximately 600 GPH (after accounting for head loss.. Poseidon PS2 external pump) going thru the overflow/sump/fuge hooked into a SCWD to alternate the return from each corner of the back of the tank.

The question I have, is how much more flow do I need, and how would be the best way to arange it? I was thinking of adding a TUNZE 6060 to bring my total flow to about 16x tank volume... now after doing some reading on I'm not sure that is enough...

current fish are: foxface lo, several chromas, blenny, 4 engineer gobies.

possibly will also add a BTA and clowns in the distant future as well.

thanks in advance,
Dan

16x is a good amount of flow, i thin that would work out well with a good arrangements of outputs.
