snail eggs maybe?, I hope

I have snail eggs on some LR in my nano. I have four types of snails in my 12 gal. cerith, astrea, margarita and nerite. All have been there since the begining with the occational replacement (due to previous hermits) The eggs are in a tight "snaking" row on a LR covered with mushrooms. Does someone have a clue to what laid them? or a site that has some pics?
Thanks

I never had them hatch that i could tell. They just disappeared. I think the free-swimming larvae get eaten/filtered out if any of the eggs do hatch.

Here is a snail egg photo. These snails hatch out and grow in a fishless refugium but won't make it if you have a community of fish in your reef.

The nerite snails lay single eggs that look sort of like tomato seeds.
