Help with Bubble coral!!

I REALLY hope someone can help me out...

I bought a HUGE cat's eye bubble coral back in March. Lately it has seemed to not 'blow up' it's bubbles at all. As of late it has been looking a tad better...but I was wondering if there is anything I can do for it? I have tried feeding it (it used to eat table shrimp!), I have tried different water flow, different lighting etc etc.

Maybe a dip in Tech D? I can't seem to think of what to do. I don't want this beautiful animal to die!!!
