Too much flow?? or not

I am not sure if I went overboard or not enough on my powerheads but I have a 90 gallon display I am setting up with a 29 gallon sump. The return will probably put out near 600 gph and I have 2 Koralia 4's at 1200 gph each for a total of 3000 gph. I plan on keeping all types of corals with a few fish. What do you guys think? any suggestions?

Nope, IMO you sound ok to me. You're at about 33x flow, which is right where I am with my 120g.

agreed..youre good to go. im at about 40x inmy 75g with no sandstorms.

Should be just fine for a mixed tank.

should be good im right at about 35-40x turnover in my 55gal...
