Koralia Nano plus existing flow to much for a 10g?

I'm not getting much of a response in the Nano forums so I hope you guys don't mind me reposting here. I currently have an ac20 powerhead (I believe), it's an old filter my sister had 14 years ago on her 30 gallon (it's around 110gph). There's no markings on it, although the 'kit' was a Hagen, so I'm pretty sure that's what it is and it's got decent flow to it. Anyhow, I've got that, and I will have an AC70 Filter with the flow reduced down to act as a fuge.

I'm pretty sure I need another power head, but I'm trying to figure out what to get. I was considering a Koralia Nano, but is it too much with the 100gph and the AC70? I obviously could remove the 100gph and run the Koralia with the fuge, but I figured flow from both ends of the tank would be better.

I'm open to suggestions. The tank is 10g, w/17-18# of LR and it's currently cycling.

Not sure on other powerhead you stated as you said powerhead then added filter in there. I think the nano and the return will be fine. You want good even constant water movement around the whl tank and the rock. To much flow is also bad. It would help with testing the water and coral reaction. This may help. GL..

Yes, I've read both of those before, but they haven't really assisted me in making my decision. I don't want to have to buy and try out a bunch of powerheads to see what works best, especially since I have to order powerheads from a different country and shipping would get expensive.
