Need help with seachem reef status Magnesium test kit

I am trying to run the alkalinity test kit in the Reef Status Magnesium test kit and I'm having a problem. When I add the Total Alk indicator to the 5 ml of sample, I dont not get a color change to blue. Has anyone had this problem? The kit is only a couple months old so I don't think it went bad. This is the first time I've run the alk test within this kit. Thanks for any help.

I didn't had this problem. If the kit is new and wasn't frozen in the mail, you may ask at their website, what to do - they may send you replacement reagent. Or here, if they are in Sponsors area.

Their website has forums too, tech personnel answers reasonably fast - from next day to 3 days, IMHE.
