need help with new set up & skimmer

i have just started a 20 gallon tank. this is my 1st saltwater tank and i am trying to figure out what i need really. i was told i should get a Skimmer, ok that is fine. but which one? i am only going to have a clown and a couple of shrimp, maybe a dwarf lion later (after clown grows so he wont get eaten). i have the tank sitting on a table that is 32" x 38" so i was looking for a small one to hang on the back. i have looked at the Red Sea Prizm, the Fission Nano & the JEBO 182 II models. so can someone tell me what is a good one? i really do not want to spend $100's on one for such a small tank. let me know if there are others or if any of these are good.

AquaC Remora w/the MJ1200 seems popular for that size tank.

People run a variety of other similar style skimmers, including the Octopus and CPR BakPak.

Anyway you go with with a small sump underneath, maybe 10 gallons...It would really help your choices.

I thought bakpak's were popular for the smaller tanks? What about the Tunze 9002?

octopus 100f, its cheaper than a nano remora(or regular remora) and you wont have to mod anything. I love mine, the only is that the pump in the tank does take some getting used to. but its not such a big deal. If you need info or help let me know, by the way i have used a nano remora so i can compare. No matter what you do dont ever buy a typhoon! stay away!

I would suggest looking around for a Aqua C Remora that is used you can find one on ebay or on here and they are quite often not that expensive but go for a good skimmer it will give you more options in the long run!
