GSM, its a doreensis (LTA). 2 of them sitting next to each other.
Yes the pump could have created that much heat, crazy though you would think your open tank would be chill itself well.

Cool, two LTA can you take a closer pic of them? did you get them from LA?

Edit: i just saw the pic of them on your blog, very nice they get huge give them space

I also see that there is new equipment on the way, I have a guess as to what it is but i will wait and see.

WOAH! I knew your new toy would be nice! Have you had a chance to play with it yet?? How do you like it?

I really love the way it looks! Of course, it matches the clean lines and aquascaping you already have.

Thanks guys. So far so good. Im waiting on my wireless bridge that I ordered since I dont have any network connections downstairs. Once I get the wireless bridge, I should be able to connect the Biomatix to it and gain connectivity over my LAN. The best part is yet to come when its installed on my new stand. Then my tank will finally be complete. well not really.. I then have to start on the sump area and make that look nice too. Im taking this one step at a time.

I will definitely let you know how it goes. Looks pretty easy to setup especially since its all web based. teh screen above was under setup for the heater/chiller. I should of put it on the main menu.

Looks very sweet Edward, top drawer! The Biomatix was #1 on my controller list, but with all the problems they had releasing it I was a little leary. I also became impatient so I ended up purchasing the Aquatronica. I'm not suggesting I'm not pleased, quite the contrary, but from what I know about the Biomatix, you are going to love it! I, too, am eager to learn how you like it.

Mike

Two years later and the Biomatix is finally here! I cannot wait to hear how this controller works and get one in for myself!

What I can tell you after meeting with Chris from Biomatix a couple times now, he is a perfectionist. Everything he has done with the company is as good as it gets. I pay attention to all the minor details. I think what also made me feel better is that he has great financial support behind this product. If you are ever in Houston, you have to meet Chris at his place and you will understand what I mean.

The product is definitely not beta anymore, but he is more focused on the commercial side than releasing to the consumer line right now. Since I am a customer of ADG and of AE (AGE), I was able to purchase the controller. These companies are the biggest in Houston when it comes to Aquarium maintenance and custom design work. Chris works a lot with them to remotely monitor their clients commercial aquariums. For example, he was showing me a new install of Veritas here in houston and how he was monitoring it remotely. Commercial clients arent readily available 24/7 and this is where Chris comes in to make sure they dont come to a disaster the next day. He can custom install it & custom program it to the clients needs.

Also, the price isnt the same as it was 2 yrs ago. I've also been waiting for this controller and I will take a run at it and see how well it performs. I will keep you guys updated.
