I got my first one from CritterZ today. They havent opened yet but when they do I will post some ppictures.

That was 2 day from San fran CA to Paoli PA for $5.75, now thats a good deal.

BTW the heat pack you used Leo was still warm, actually I am sitting next to it right now and it is still warm!

Thanks

I just got my 2 shipments, that where sent out one day before i sent mine out, so Ben and Ronkent should be getting theirs tomorrow.
Ben thanks for the very nice frag, not fully opened yet but i can definitelly see the potential and I do believe that you where eating peanut butter crackers while you were packing, I really apreciated the gesture but I didn't eat the half eaten one in the box, haha!
Ron, I think there may be a few survivors but most of the crazy glued individual polyps separated and desintegrated during shipping .

You water was at 60? Geeze, the one I got today was at 34~35ish when I checked..... Both of mine smelled like rotten eggs when I got them in which I think means that they froze and killed off everything else on the rocks....... =?(

My second shipment was in a big thermos with the glass type interior. USPS played a little football with the package and shattered the interior, which tore the bags open, the thermos leaked and emptied out .... I figured it couldnt hurt to toss the frags into the tank. Believe it or not they all (3 small frags) had polyps opening up about 4 hours later.

i received both my shipments, the water temp in both bags seemed pretty low, i did check the temp in one bag and it was down to 60, but those opened up rather quickly whether it was partially or fully. they survived which is what counts.the others i tossed in the tank immediately to warm up that bag, but they haven't opened up yet.one package got here in a day,the ones that haven't opened up, but made it here yesterday which was much colder.the others took two days to get here but made it here on the warmer day, still pretty cold, but managed to pull through.i still have y fingers crossed for the others.thanks to my swap partners and sarducci for the experience, very nice.

I got my second package today, acclimated them and placed them in the tank. Nothing I got has opened yet but in a few days I am sure they will all be good.

Thanks to everyone!

Ben

Well, came home after being gone for the day and found that just about anything that I got in the swap was dead. 3 days in a jar in this cold weather was just too much for them. =?(

Oh well, next time I know I'll pony up for 2nd day shipping for mine.....

Thanks for the offer! I've also got to make about 50g of water tonight, the zoa's when white and mushed out/spewed before I got home and saw what was happening. They all looked "ok" so it all happened in a matter of 18 hours. The little feather dusters are zipping in and out having a great time eating lunch......
