Talking MY ACANS

Here is what I have arriving tomorrow. I have searched long and hard for something special and have finally found it. These are a variety I have never seen before. I have named them already, hehehehe, but I am not exactly sure what species of acan they are.

Anyones help would be helpful.

First one is Shooting Star Acan(rickyfins)

I call this one Bloody Murder. LOL

Happy viewing,

thanks,

Rick

Hey Rick, they look like either echinata or subechinata, very pretty great scores BTW. Have you heard anything about their aggressive tentacles?

Nope, but not really worried about it either. I have plenty of room for them, the bottom of my tank is clear except where my 7" squamosa sits. Thanks, I think I was the first one to see Cyber Reefs update this morning at 5:30AM LOL I have never, and I mean ever been first in line for something like this so I had to jump on it.

thanks,

Rick

Nice echinatas. Nothing that hasn't been seen before though. Both of those orange morphs have been around for years. The green eyed orange is one of my favorite morphs of the orange echinatas out there.

All nice!

I will update my pictures sometime this week and post them. The Red and Orange has morphed into some weird color variation, it must not be done yet because its 4-5 different colors now and seems to change almost daily!

I also have a small frag of another and I am guessing its a lord, but I am still not that good at identifying them. It is a weird color morph too. It is growing very quickly, I got it a week before those others I posted and it has gone from 2 heads to 6 already. I have never seen something grow so darn fast! Its red, green, blue, orange and purple. I will try to get a pic of it as well.

Great pictures guys!
