Oops! and Help!
Hello all.
I got a nice piece of star polyps yesterday and I put the bag in the tank to acclimate. I clip the bag to the side of the tank and add a little water over a period of about 45 min. But my plan didnt work out so well. The clip slipped off and the bag sunk to the bottom of the tank. I pulled it up but it was filled with water. I then decided to just put them in because what was the point. I know they got shocked. I checked them this morning and they haven't opened up yet. Any suggestions to help save them? Thanks. |

GSP's are tough corals, they should be fine, they'll just take a little longer to start opening.

I rarely bother to acclimate corals. I wouldn't worry about it.
