white fuzz ball growing?
hi, i recently noticed that i have this whitish, round, fuzz ball growing on my live rock. it looks as exactly i described it and i think its growing slowly because i didn't notice it before. i also have like this these worms in my sand and this morning i saw 2 huge ones. they were kind of scurrying on the sand and dug in. are these beneficial or what? they kind of look like white/pink water centipedes and i have a feeling i have a lot more that come out at night.

the fuzz ball is prob. a spounge (filter feeder = good)
the worms are bristle worms (great cleanup crew = good)

i'll try to snap some pics tomorrow night. but i dont think the fuzz ball is anything good...
