Thumbs down on dellrio
Dellrio's offers sounded good...but once paid, he became a jerk...
Communication was extremely unpleasant and difficult. (After I paid the $100. he asked for, he asked for another $1.50 to buy glue...After I sent his PayPal, he asked me to include my purchase list in the message section - reasonable, but too late to comply - I got berated for that). I tried to call off sale because of unpleasant communication - he refused point-blank. Six weeks after order, he sent package, without an email to inform me he sent it - so it sat at the post office and rotted for an extra two days...yes, last week he said he was gonna send it this week, but he said that last week, and the week before that. Normal people email a recipient when a package goes out...Dellrio has a list of reasons why he doesn't and he's right... Cheap thermos seeped water, as evidenced by crusted salt and water on tape - he claimed that was impossible. For $100. I received a very small amount of rotting material. His response was another list of why he was right, blameless and would do nothing to solve a problem. I would have been happy with any attempt at making things right - partial refund, reshipment at my expense, etc...I've had many, many happy experiences with RC members...beware of this one!! India |

i am sickened by this junk.. i sent exactly what she wanted.. i send it 2-3 day mail like she wanted... i said i cannot be responsible for items on priority mail... but i do what a buyer wants.. i never refused to end the deal.. i just thought she needed to chill out! i did charge to mount them.. ive been charged for mounted frags before.. id idnt think it was a big deal.. but she didt pay anyhow.. i told the person i will send monday.. and thats what i did.. ha ha ha... ..
i didnt thinkg an air tight cambells thermos would leak since theres 2 lids.. so i kinda thought this person was a liar.. i even think i added tape around the lids to be super sure.. and i told people if they want priority mail i will not be held responsible for them... however i had one other person who lost there frags and emailed me ever so kindly and ask for at least something to replace what they lost... and i sent them a large frag of green zoanthids... u were just so snappy and rude and nasty that i knew u were trouble.. IS IT TOO MUCH TROUYBLE TO REQUEST THAT SOMEONE IUNCLUDE A LIST OF WHAT THEY ORDERED IN A PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL SO THAT I CAN BE EXTRA EXTRA CERTAIN THAT A PERSON GETS EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANTED... i even sent a bunch of freebies.. nearly double the frag sizes and extra free ones.. i dont have a clue why she didnt pick up her package.. i told her several time is paln to ship that monday... i have to think she's slightly off in the head to not understand these basic things.. -- also.. she got kinda wacky after i asked her to include her frag list in the message part of paypal payment... i dunno why that made her so mad!?!?! i told her sunday i'd be shipping monday.. enough warning? i think so... |

oh and 6 weeks.. try 2.. b/c i only ship on mondays.. and i wanted to make sure frags were openeing and looked good before i sent them.. i felt as if i did the right thing.. this person just doenst pay attention or do anything u request- when your request is in THEIR best interest...
