thats gotta make grabbing pages tough!

What I meant is bring up an RC thread in the browser and take a picture and then post it.

This is with it closed, on the external touch screen:

This is with it open to expose the keyboard, 100% zoom:

And this is at 50% zoom. More fits into the window, and it's actually pretty readable at this zoom level:

You can also set it to text only mode, or full mode. The pics I just posted are in "optimized" mode, so there's no sid-to-side scrolling, just up and down.

Very nice. Thanks, I'll be heading to the store to check the feel.

No problem. BTW, the only place I could get it was the Verizon store. I called around to all of the other stores, and they didn't even tell me they could be ordered. I ordered them at the Verizon store at 5 pm on Friday and they were at my doorstep around 11:30 Saturday.

Oh man, I actually tried out the GPS turn-by-turn voice navigation today. Very nice!

I had to go to Walmart for something at lunch. I searched "Walmart" and it came back with every Walmart within 100 miles. I chose our local one. It gives a heads up when you're getting close - "Prepare to turn left on Arizona Street in point three miles." Then when you get to the intersection it says it again, "Turn left on Arizona Street." To test what it does when you deviate, I turned on a different street than what it mapped. Right away it said "Make the first legal U-turn on Tacoma Street in point one miles." When I drove past it, it said "Recalculating route... Turn left on Martin Luther King Junior Memorial Parkway in point seven miles."

Very cool!

This will come in very handy on my business trips, especially the DC area. (I hate driving in DC)

I just set up the Mobile Email client on it. I can't believe I waited so long.

I've just been using the browser to go to my webmail, which is kind of a pain. Just being able to click "Inbox" is MUCH easier! It looks like it has POP3 and IMAP support. Of course you can do all the normal stuff an email client can do, including address book, but you can't view attachments.

I don't think so. I haven't seen it in any help file, anyway. Then again, I don't know what kind of IMAP options it has.

Yes it does.
There's a $20 client for it that syncs to Outlook through the USB cable.

The other thread reminded me of this question.

I could never own any product named Voyager. All I can think of when I hear that name is "Mrs. Columbo"

Worst series ever.

It's also known as an LGVX10000 if that's any better.

I checked it out, but don't like the feel, nor the browser experience. I don't think I want to use a browser on a tiny device, nor do I need to carry my music on my hip. I bought an iPod a year ago and other than a round-trip flight to Taiwan/HK, I've used it twice. I almost regret the purchase.

I would like occasional access to my Gmail when I'm not at my computer, so I think I'm likely to go with a Blackberry.

The lack of Wi-fi will probably keep me from it.

Yeah, that feature would be nice.

Coincidentally, I'm browsing and posting from it this morning.

I got an En-v last night as the stores here still don't have the voyager in stock yet. $250 plus a $50 rebate so it's not that bad.

Apparently you suck at that and should post/admit your shortcoming here -
