Fuzzy Acropora Placement

I purchased an ORA Fuzzy Acropora (Green /w Yellow Polyps) about a month ago. It is not doing that well sitting low in the tank in heavy flow. It is losing some color and the base is not looking too hot. All my other ORA's purchased at the same time are doing great. I am going to move in low flow, a bit higher in the tank since my t5 lighting is still window screened atm. What do you recommend I do with it? Here it is when I 1st got it, but now the color has faded quite a bit:

I'd move it up some and see how it does.

IME the fuzzier they are, the more they like flow. My chips is BLASTED and loves it.
