i think they stink, but its nothing compared to some other stuff ive ran into... dead snails... skimmate.... dead anenome.... girlfriends feet...

yeah I' too would take an acro over your girlfriends feet . Wooof, open the window, LOL.
Call me crazy but I like the acro out of the water smell, nothing like it in the world. They let you know if their healthy or not.

I'm use to it so I don't mind it. But it's not the best smell in the world. My wife hates it, and I've been baned from fragging acros before company comes over

Hate it, it's such a strange smell.

it's nothin' compared to the smell of freshly fragged xenia. And the smell of the Xenia doesn't wash off of your hand for days. It's horrid. And at least you get a pleasure (most of the times) from freshly fragged acro. Xenia... F*ck xenia. I hate xenia. They'll overgrow my tank if I don't frag them up..

It's one of those times I'm glad my wife is into candles and smelly stuff. She gets scented soaps from Bath and Body Works that are foam style. I first use standard soap, then use some of that. It at least masks the smell

All you need to do is remove it from the tank, and let it sime up a little bit.

The smell is of a. horrida is horrid.
