ReefMania Club!!!

Well I looked all over the board and I wasn't able to find a thread focusing only on Reefmania Made equipment. So I decide start one!!!

I have had them custom make me everything from Kalk Reactor to Fluidized Media Reactors. I have never been disappointed. The equipment was well built and the workmanship was always top notch. Bob is extremely easy to work with and willing to accommodate any custom design. His customer service is also great. Can't ask for more!!

Well here is are some pics of a customized Calcium Reactor made by them. The unit is 36" overall height, 8" diam main body and using a PW 40px pump. The second chamber is 20" in height and 6" diam. The reactor was design to run like a schuran reactor. Most of the CO2 is recycled and not purged into your tank.

From the looks of it, they do have one of the better craftsmanship out there. I especially like that they use schedule 80 fittings. Looks cleaner and nicer.

I totally agree. They are also one of the very few makers that use true union ball valves. There 2 True unions on mine and 3 additional unions. It makes it very easy to take apart for maintain. I don't have to drain my reactor to clean the pump. That is a real pain with such a large unit.

Also gives me the ability to control the flow of the pump. It is the details that set them apart.

Also I like th mention that Bob normally use John guest fittings ,but I requested Jago fitting for my reactor. They are not standard.

I just had a few John Guest fitting leak in the past on me.
