Need an ID on Unknown tank inhabitant.

Was looking at the tank the night before and I saw this and then last night looked in again and there it was again. Tried to take it out using a pair of tongs that I have but the thing didn't move, its like it had a death grip on the bottom of the tank. Its the armor looking shelled thing in between my zoas.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Joe
