Is there any? If I have my tank drilled is there any concern about structural issues?
Thanks |

If your glass is tempered then yes, there's a major concern. I've read some people say you can do it with a dremel and a special bit, but I've always been told that trying to drill tempered glass ends up in buying a new tank.

Tempered glass CAN NOT be drilled. If by some miracle, you managed to make a hole in tempered glass without shattering it, it would shatter when you put pressure on it by filling the tank with water.
Other than that, glass can be drilled with a diamond coated hole saw. I use a drill press when I cut glass, as my hands are not as steady as they once were. Even non tempered glass can crack when drilled, but as long as you get through the glass without cracking it, there is no worry about weakened panels, unless you go hole happy and drill them all over the place.

It's completely impossible to drill tempered.
One or two holes in a tank won't effect the structural integrity of a tank significantly enough to cause issues.
