Cloudy water from sand

Is time the only way I can help the situation...I ran into a problem and unfortunately had to stir the water up...Anything I can do to help the problem.

Does the tank have anything in it? If there's no inhabitants then you could turn off the pumps and let everything settle. If this isn't an option then using a skimmer and carbon will help, but yeah - it's just going to take time to settle.

I had the same thing bro....Just let it settle, bacteria will eventually weight everything down.
