Getting rid of mushrooms.... Not a sale post!

I have some mushrooms that are getting pretty close to some of my SPS. Is there an easy way to get rid of Mushrooms? Will a Kalk injection work?

I inject kalk paste. It works best for me. You need a long large gage needle.

I knew I was going to get some reactions like that. :-)

I actually don't mind having the mushrooms around. I have a big rock of them isolated in my tank, but when they start floating around and re-attaching to rocks that are close to my SPSs, it is go time!!!!

Yeah, don't kill 'em! Have someone come by your house and take them from you. It's your call if you don't want them. There is no reason to kill anything, especially if it a generally wanted item.

You could just frag them per GARF's method and then just epoxy over the stalk. That way you can either relocate the mushrooms or sell them.
