Question Bottled water for top off?

I could not make it to my LFS this weekend to get fresh water for top off. Has anyone ever used bottled water from the supermarket for top off? If so, what brand and did it work out ok. Thanks!

Yup, did it for many years, just make sure to get distilled and not spring water. Distilled water TDS is 0 and spring water TDS is pretty high (200+).

Distilled water seems to be relatively safe. I wouldn't worry too much about using it.

Better if you can get the water from the kiosk rather than from the shelves. Ask them if they have a water machine.

My LFS sells 5 gallons of RO/DI for $1.50. Why would I want to pay $.99 at the grocery store for something else?

Maybe my LFS is just extremely reasonable?

I pay $.50/g either RO/DI and/or NSW. I think that's reasonable.

You got a good deal for sure
