I just want to thank Mr James for the patience he had. We recently bought a Sump and refuge from him. We live about 4 hours from him and had told him a few weeks back we were interested in it, However we had the car probs and other issues, and were unable to get down there for a cpl weeks.

He was a true gentleman and held onto it for us even though im sure he had others interested in it. Also when we got there he was kind enough to show us the Pets stores near him. I want to thank him for his friendliness(that even a word?) and patience.

I figured this was a good way to say thanks.
