help capture color.. or buy new camera

I have a Sony W1 it not very decent in today's standards. I can't capture the SPS colors, the color mode is either too blue or too yellow, and it lose alot of colors. I know the tank doesn't look that bad in person. I use manual mode.. shutter speed etc I can understand, I think the camera just suck at it.

What camera do you recommend if around $200 or so?

Thanks

You need a camera where you can do custom white balance.

I just purchased a Canon A630 for a little over $200 as a mother's day present. The camera gets here on Monday.
