Yikes
I ran outta coffee! I love the company I buy from. Here was the phone ordering process this morning.
ring, ring. Them: "Hello, Schapira's." Me: "Hi. This is Pete Nosko. I need 18lbs of Yrgacheffe beans." Them: "OK, we'll get that out today." Me: "Thanks, have a great weekend!" Them: "Thanks, you too." click. Duration: Probably less than 15 seconds. Where else can you find service like this?
