I just recently broke down my 75g tank and this is what is left:

96W Coralife fixture (Quad 50/50) $40 + shipping

28W Coralife fixture (Brand New) $25 + shipping

Excalibur (Hang-on) Protien Skimmer w/Rio 800 pump $50 + shipping

Coralife Light hanging system (For Pro Fixtures) $15 + shipping

Both of the lights are a little over 5 months old. The 28W was never used. And both are 20"

The HOB skimmer, how much clearance does it require behind the tank?

The skimmer requires about 4" on the back of the tank.
