I have a G2 and it does a great job and octo's have gotton great reiviews so either on would do well on a 90 gal. but i would go with the recurliating octo if I went that way.

On my 90 I could only fit the recirculating nw-150 in the stand, and I'm not too happy with it. More than likely it's operator error though. Just make sure that it fits were ever you put it.

I have an ASM on my 120, which works alright. But I just bought an Octopus dnw200 for my 180, and set it up externally. It seems to be working great. Makes alot of bubbles, and that is even without doing any mods. Cant go wrong with either. think the price is better on the Octo though.

I have an octo nw200 on a 125 with a 90 gallon sump and it works great. Nitrates are at ZERO.
